SECTION EMERGENCY COORDINATOR

Frank Karnauskas, N1UW, is our Section Emergency Coordinator and he has responsibility for the ARES organization in Minnesota.  He has appointed a staff of volunteers to assist him including 6 District Emergency Coordinators and several Assistant Section Emergency Coordinators.
